Description
Mini Madrasah
Mini Madrasah is a fully in-person programme designed to give children consistent, structured learning across the year, with a strong focus on building foundations, routine, and confidence in their early Arabic and Qur’an journey.
The programme has been thoughtfully created to support children gently and intentionally, prioritising steady progress, commitment, and presence, rather than rushing or overwhelm. Through regular face-to-face classes, children benefit from a clear structure and a supportive learning environment that allows them to feel secure, capable, and confident as learners.
Mini Madrasah focuses on calm, joyful learning that honours childhood while still providing clarity and consistency. Children are supported throughout the year with ongoing guidance in an environment that values routine, familiarity, and meaningful engagement.
All classes are led by fully DBS/CRB checked, with experience teaching young children in a gentle and age-appropriate way.
This programme is ideal for families seeking a committed, in-person madrasah setting that lays strong foundations and nurtures confidence over time.
Course Overview
The Noor programme provides young children with a joyful and engaging introduction to Islam. Through age-appropriate activities, children begin building a love for Allah, His Messenger ï·º, and their faith, while developing the foundations of Arabic reading and essential Islamic knowledge.
Madrasah Noor provides the perfect foundation for your child’s Islamic journey, introducing them to the beauty of Islam through fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. In the early years, our focus is not simply on memorisation, but on cultivating a genuine love for Allah, His Messenger ï·º, and the deen through interaction, creativity, and child-centred learning. By nurturing confidence, curiosity, and positive associations with Islamic learning from a young age, children are well prepared to progress onto Madrasah Huda or Madrasah Ihsaan, where they can continue building upon these strong foundations with confidence, inshaAllah.
The children also begin a structured journey into Arabic through interactive letter flashcards and the Safar Qa’idah, helping them recognise Arabic letters and develop the essential foundations needed to begin reading the Qur’an with confidence. This balanced approach allows children to enjoy learning while making steady progress in their Islamic and Arabic education.
Through crafts, nasheeds, stories, and activities, children will learn about Islamic topics, important Islamic dates and occasions, Arabic letters, and key Islamic values in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
The programme has been designed to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and accessible for young children, helping them develop confidence, routine, and a positive connection with their faith from an early age. Classes are open for both boys and girls.
