Tafseer & Qur’an Journaling for Grammar Graduates

Continue your journey with the Qur’an through a special Tafseer and journaling class designed for students who have completed three years of Arabic grammar at Arabic with Mariam, or an equivalent programme.

In this course, you will study the Tafseer and grammatical analysis of selected surahs from the Qur’an. We will cover selections from surahs such as Al-Mulk, Yaseen, Al-Waqi‘ah, Al-Kahf, Al-Rahma, Ayatul Kursi and surahs from the final ten of the Qur’an. The amount of coverage and order of surahs studied will depend on the pace and needs of the group.

Alongside studying the meanings and Tafseer of the verses, your teacher will guide you through their grammatical analysis, helping you revise key concepts and apply your Arabic knowledge directly to the Qur’an. You will also journal alongside the lessons, recording reflections, insights and points of personal benefit.

This is the perfect next step for grammar graduates who want to keep their Arabic knowledge active while deepening their understanding and connection with the Book of Allah.
